    • Lacks customer service skills

      June 19, 2019
      The manager was rude to my mother and lack customer service skills and compassion .. my mother is disabled and have a hard time walking.... she asked what his name due to he fail to mention it when we first enter the building to turn in her application, he responded to her I am the name on the application that I sent you in a dry and rude tone... now he was helpful going thru her application after I had to tell him about himself and his attitude...he walked out and came back right
