    Awesome apt, however, price is way too high for this community. Seems like a transient place to be honest. Staff good, adhering to community policies not enforced however.

    They should have adult nights at the pool. When I first moved here, we had trash pick up. I wish we still have that. And there are not enough handicap spots

    Mail is frequently stolen and management takes no accountability for the way we have to live. They have no cameras at all so no one will ever get fined. It’s $50 a day or something for trash left in the hallway, yet management will never know who did it. People constantly park in illegal ways and nothing is done. Nothing is ever accomplished by the staff, so many times we asked the management to do things for us or they said they would do things for us and never did them until we contacted the ...
    upper management. There was rotting trash left in the stairwell right outside our apartment and I contacted staff 4 separate times, once over the phone, then in email, then in person twice. It really seems like staff does not care at all about the conditions we have to live in. I would not recommend anyone to live here with the kind of care we tenants receive. The mail room is so tiny and never organized, it’s ridiculous.

    Pretty community nice pool but a lot of issues with things not working and pest control issues and it is expensive to live here and advertised as a luxury community

    The apartments themselves are comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the community feels safe and welcoming. The management team has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance, which makes a big difference in feeling at home.     So far so good. Neighbors are pretty cool. The office workers are cool also. Just Too much dog poop. Which is nuts because the community supplies doggy bags in all corners of the complex.

    The community is conveniently located and diverse. There are some things regarding management that are inconsistent. We still have an open ticket for a broken fridge (after a month) and the water pressure in this 3 bed is pretty bad. Otherwise I have no complaints. One day my daughter was locked out of our apartment. And management was extremely helpful. So there in lies the inconsistency
