They do not answer the phone at all!!! They give you the run around constantly!!! I literally had cold water the whole time I stayed there!! This place is over priced for it not to be that extravagant at all tub was so nasty when I moved in!! I ended my lease soooo early just to get away from the Oxford quarters !!!! I definitely ...

  • Don't Move Here

    February 24, 2022
For awhile under the old ownership things were going well. But during the renovations, the management team has been less than up front about all that has been going on. Two month ago we were told we would get a two to three week notice before being transferred to another building for renovation. However, when time came for me to move, I only have 5 days to get everything packed. This is very stressful having to pack up everything on top of studying for midterms. The only good thing about the ...
complex is the help community assistance. But if I can't trust management to keep their word and manage a property efficiently, it's all for nothing. I wouldn't recommend people live here even with the new renovations.

  • DO NOT MOVE IN

    May 8, 2019
This place is the absolute worst. All of the appliances are outdated and barely work. Maintenance never comes out in a timely manner, and when they do show up, they don't actually fix anything. The internet is the absolute worst. The prices are only going up, don't make the same mistake I did, CHOOSE ANOTHER APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!

  • You get what you pay for!

    August 31, 2015
I have lived at Campus Creek for 3 years. I've had good and bad days with this property. Anyway, the pros of this property are the price and location. Campus Creek is one of the cheapest places to live in Oxford. All of the utilities are included and it comes furnished. As a college student, I wanted to live somewhere affordable so that I could pay for it without my parent's help. The location was A1. As a transfer student, I was new to Oxford. Being close to the school and right off of Jackson ...
Ave, I easily adjusted to the area. The cons of living here were that I had horrible roommates my first year. They were filthy and rude. Another con is that I did not have all the high end finishes that some of the newer places provided, but you get what you pay for. I would pay $469 over $700 any day as a college student because I wasn't home much anyway. Overall the place is a great place to live for those on a budget or for those who would much rather spend their money on shopping :)

  • Terrible staff and obviously old complex

    August 19, 2015
Let me tell you about my experience here at Campus Creek. I'm just going to enumerate the problems: 1. Incompetent maintenance staff - When we moved in, the oven heated to above 600 degrees no matter the setpoint. I explained this to the office staff, who didn't understand what the difference between the thermostat that was broken in the oven and the thermometer I bought to register the temperature, and after about three weeks the oven thermostat was finally replaced. 2. Property upkeep ...
issues - The gates worked half the time, which made them basically useless. The tennis courts only had two of the four lights functioning, so if you volleyed the ball diagonally across the court in the late evening, you could continue to play. The cards used to get into the apartment will randomly stop working, which happened with two of the three in our apartment. In the computer center, two of the computers would not work at all, which left two functioning computers. When you could actually get on a computer, there was no paper 90% of the time, so the free printing is only free if you bring your own paper. The gym and pool were decent, but you can find much better at other apartment complexes or the Turner Center. 3. Nothing done about problems reported on check-in sheet - There were many problems that I enumerated on my check-in sheet, and no action was taken to correct them. Namely, the middle drawer on the dresser in my room would barely open, the drawers that hang from the refrigerator door were taped together from where they had broken and frequently fell out of the refrigerator, and the hot water handle for the kitchen sink was unscrewed such that it had to be turned a certain way every time so that the water would turn off. 4. Unprofessional office staff - Upon leaving, all three of us were charged $100 for a chair replacement fee. Apparently, the love-seat was damaged, but was unreported on the check-in sheet (of which they do nothing about - see above). I emailed them questioning it, but did not get a response until I emailed them again a full week later. It was stated that the reason they didn't respond was that they were just too busy answering emails in the order in which they were received. Somebody must not have been doing their job, because almost anyone can answer 100 emails a day, and not until I wrote a strongly-worded email did I get a response. I'm almost out of characters, but I could go on. Make a wise decision.
