September 4, 2024It's been a great community to live in. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I have lived here a couple of years now and have seen the complex go through a couple of different companies. The management company now hosts many food events for the community. They even provided free bagged lunches for UNCW students on their first day of class. I love living here!Property Manager Responded

September 1, 2024Only lived here a few months The girls in the office are very helpful The maintenance man is very pleasant and friendly The only issue I have is other residents stop and let their dogs poop in front of my apartment and don’t bother to pick it up If my windows are open the smell is horrible So please pick up after your pets !!!!Property Manager Responded

August 31, 2024I have loved living at the Quad! My favorite thing about this place is the management. The ladies in the office are so kind and friendly! They are always super helpful too. I love my apartment and how low rent is! My only issue with the Quad is the lack of upkeep in the walkways of the buildings. There’s quite a bit of trash that lays there for weeks and sometimes months on the stairs and walkway. I also think the washers and dryers in the community laundry center need to be deep cleaned.Property Manager Responded
