September 29, 2024Pretty quiet community. Maintenance is pretty good, amenities are acceptable. The biggest issue is that they LOVE to shut off the water for hours about two times a week. I’ve lived here 3 months and they’ve already shut off the water about 7 times and when it comes back on the water is muddy into the next day. It’s ridiculous.Property Manager Responded

July 26, 2024I recently moved into Quail Hallow and have been living here for about a month. Overall, my experience has been quite positive, with just a few minor issues. The amenities here are fantastic! The gym is well-equipped and rarely crowded, which is a big plus for me. The pool area is clean and beautifully maintained, making it a great place to relax on weekends. The management and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive. Whenever I've had a maintenance request, they’ve been prompt and ...professional in addressing the issue. The leasing office staff is also very helpful and accommodating, making the move-in process smooth. One downside is the noise from nearby roads. While it hasn’t been a major issue for me, I can occasionally hear vehicles during the night, which can be a bit disruptive. 2. **Par While there is ample parking, it can get crowded at night. I’ve had to walk a bit further to my building on some occasions, especially during weekends when guests are visiting.Property Manager Responded
