The place has been awesome, perfect location and nice places for how cheap the rent is. Great Place to Live
December 12, 2024Overall, the grounds are very well maintained. All the staff are very friendly and take your concerns seriously. All the facilities are great and the units are well made. The free internet is amazing. The neighborhood is safe and I've never had any issues with theft. The only real complaint is noise. The walls are thin so you will be able to hear your neighbors watching TV or their dogs barking in the middle of the night. I have had minimal negative experiences with those living near me. The only negatives have to do with a few of the policies related to payment. November 12, 2024I’ve rented several places before, but this apartment stands out for many reasons. First, I feel very safe here, which is huge. The location is also ideal, putting me close to work and the things I enjoy around town. The rent is affordable, especially for the quality of living it offers.
