November 11, 2024I have lived in the town homes for about 3 years. Over this time, staff have been very reasonable, respectful, and responsive. I have had minimal negative experiences with those living near me. The only negatives have to do with a few of the policies related to payment. November 12, 2024I’ve rented several places before, but this apartment stands out for many reasons. First, I feel very safe here, which is huge. The location is also ideal, putting me close to work and the things I enjoy around town. The rent is affordable, especially for the quality of living it offers. Maintenance is incredibly prompt and efficient—they never leave me waiting long! I also love the amenities, which make it feel like I have everything I need right at home.
