March 13, 2020I have been in the property now for about a year. I did not see my unit before moving in because previous tenants had not fully moved out. Upon moving in almost everything was updated but cheaply done. Cabinets are warped and my bedroom floor not lo leveled. It looks nice but my paint was chipping in the bathroom by month 3. I pay for pest control but since moving in I have had to call about bugs coming in from outside multiple times. Patios do not have screens because they will not update them ...to the new patio door styles that manufacturers make screens for now. They haven't open the 2nd pool since I moved in and the fitness room is outdated and looks like someone was killed in it. It's dark and eerie with ripped and taped benches. No assigned parking and one of my cars was towed from visitors and I still don't know why. Meanwhile they gave me a washcloth to clog the hole on the patio door where I had over a dozen bugs crawl into bedroom instead of making the necessary upgrades. It was either that or it had to be sealed permanently which I feel is a fire hazard with this being the only window upstairs. August 12, 2015I have to admit, I should have moved out a year ago..but because it was cheap I didn't want to leave. The problem is their AC units because of the installation is horrible, but I had to call every month to get them to add freon, it finally got fixed after I asked for their corporate phone number. I wouldn't live here again..unless it was free..Review from Apartments.com
