December 18, 2024Quiet community. Kinda give senior citizen only community. Overall pretty decent, can’t complain much. Only thing I dislike is you can’t work on your car. December 6, 2024The apartments are nice, mostly clean and usually quiet. The big issues lie with the gate constantly being broken, people flying through the complex blaring music, and there not being assigned parking spots.Review from Apartments.com

November 29, 2024A ton of bugs and roaches come into my apartment when the weather is warm. My windows are painted shut. There is sticky stuff all over my floors upon move in that I was expected to clean up. The speed bumps on the main drive are so extreme that you need to slow down to 1-2 mph to go over them. Maintenance has been pretty responsive, rent is fairly cheap, and the staff have been nice. The apartments are definitely spacious.Review from Apartments.com
