July 24, 2024I have been living here for two years. The building has a lot of character because it's an older-style building. The building upkeep is maintained very well, and the maintenance staff is always friendly and quickly addresses any issues I need to be fixed. The new gym equipment is a huge plus! However, due to people moving in constantly, the stairs and walls do get damaged pretty often.Review from Apartments.com
Building up keep
July 15, 2023I’ve been living here for almost 7 months for the most part it’s a pretty good building the amenities are great but I’m starting to notice that the building is not being cleaned on a regular basis windows are dirty the floors aren’t vacuumed and the carpet on the third floor is stained I’m hoping that this will change soon as a paying tenant I shouldn’t have to live in a unclean building!!!Review from Apartments.com
Safe, spacious, old
May 2, 2018I really like this building. I’be lives here for two years during medical school and I may stay for two more. Pros: great closets, big rooms, very close to campus, easy on street parking, super safe, great tenants. Cons: no dishwasher, no in apartment laundry, aging building.Property Manager Responded
September 1, 2021As of June 2021, Queen Lane Manor is now owned and managed by The Quaker Group. Currently, we are in the process of renovating our units, which now include stainless steel appliances including dishwashers and in unit washer and dryers!
