August 10, 2015Built in 2012. New stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, wood floors, laundry-in-unit. Bedrooms large enough for king size matress. Parking available in building along with bike storage. Has a pool, small gym, and on-site dry cleaners. Building is pet friendly. There are three working elevators large enough to move big furniture. Reasonable rent for desirable West Loop neighborhood. Walking distance to Whole foods, Jewel, and Mariano's grocery store. Walking distance to restaurant ...row, train stations, and the Loop. Decent place to live
July 20, 2015Good location for walking to the loop with access to restaurant row, but noise from the highway and CTA requires earplugs at night. Condo building and we have a great landlord. Very pet friendly (elevators can smell), but amenities (pool, sundeck, communal grill) largely offset most of the other issues.Review from Apartments.com
