yelling/screaming, scooters/bikes, and etc. The parents are rarely outside to supervise any of the children. Mind you, there is a community center within walking distance of this complex. They leave their doors open, television/music going full blast, and door slamming at all hours of the night. As a tenant you have a right to quiet enjoyment. I've reported these issues with the previous management company, Pacific Shore Management, they have done absolutely nothing about it. I've now reported it to the new management company, Mynd Property Management. This new company said that they can not do anything about the noise outside of quiet hours, this is actually not true. All I can say is that I am very happy that my lease is up soon.

There are two units with single mother types, who have a lot of kids and they just let them play wherever and don't watch them. The kids run up and down the stairs and are extremely loud. So good luck sleeping in on Sunday cause they're up running around at 7. But honestly the worst of it is the people who live next to me. They always have the windows and door open so you can hear everything they say and or are watching on tv. They have huge family parties with like 20-30 people inside their two bedroom apartment. They hang out in front of their apartment which is also my bedroom window, so at 1 AM I get to hear a bunch of drunk people yelling two feet from my bed. I've called several times to complain about these people to my rental manager, who doesn't live on site, but she never responds to me. I've had to call the police and file noise complaints. Whatever you do, find living accommodations somewhere else because this place will drive you insane.
