May 9, 2024I have a studio and I love the floor plan! The location is fantastic too. I barely need to drive anymore. The Dairies has the greatest value and the lowest price. I feel pretty blessed!Property Manager Responded

February 4, 2024We love living here and have just resigned out lease for the 4th time. We love the location and neighborhood. The amenities could use a little upgrade/upkeep since the property is open but otherwise, we love it.Property Manager Responded

Do not rent here. Avoid at all costs
January 21, 2024Pistol shell casings, throw up, and dog poop are found in the parking deck all the time. Hallways are gross. People that run the office are absolutely horrendous. Very incompetent and rude and they will overcharge you or mess up your payments then blame it on you. Amenities are a joke, pool is always closed for no reason and not a great pool to begin with. Roaches everywhere. Very very loud area. Whoever owns this should be ashamed of themselves.Property Manager Responded
