I’m home !
March 25, 2025From day one Joshlyn has been nothing short of amazing! She’s has answered all my questions, is always available and makes rt dairies feel like home. I hope she stays with the company for a very long time or at least until I move again :) The apartments are very clean and new and I just love my view of memorial Dr. There seems to be lots of young professionals in the building and I look forward to the social events. Dairies is fire!!
March 24, 2025I have been a resident at the Dairies for about two months now and this is by far my favorite place I have stayed thus far. I haven’t had any issues, and the one maintenance request I had was handled by Joshlyn and the maintenance team immediately. Joshlyn, Kira, Brooke and Anthony have been instrumental in making me more than comfortable and welcome here. I come to the leasing office frequently just to speak to them! A true sense of community. Love it
March 21, 2025I moved in about a month ago and RT Dairies has been so amazing. A huge shoutout to Joshlyn in the leasing office for going above and beyond for me. If it weren’t for her I wouldn’t have gotten my apartment. She was very responsive, professional and also just genuinely cares. After move in she called to follow up and make sure I settled in well, which i’ve never experienced at an apartment. The maintenance guys are all awesome too! December 28, 2024I've lived at RT Dairies for almost 5 years and honestly it's a really great community. It's far from perfect, but the management staff and the maintenance team try really hard to make it a great place to live. They send out regular updates when things aren't going well (security gates, car break-ins, or technology issues) but also plenty of messages regarding local happenings, new restaurants, and free food/drinks in the leasing office. I've had nothing but good experiences with them, and ...they've been up front and honest with me regarding any issues I've had. Nearly all of my issues with the property are from local noise (ambulances, loud cars, and concert crowds). Part of the deal when living this close to Memorial and the Dairies.
