December 28, 2024I've lived at RT Dairies for almost 5 years and honestly it's a really great community. It's far from perfect, but the management staff and the maintenance team try really hard to make it a great place to live. They send out regular updates when things aren't going well (security gates, car break-ins, or technology issues) but also plenty of messages regarding local happenings, new restaurants, and free food/drinks in the leasing office. I've had nothing but good experiences with them, and ...they've been up front and honest with me regarding any issues I've had. Nearly all of my issues with the property are from local noise (ambulances, loud cars, and concert crowds). Part of the deal when living this close to Memorial and the Dairies.
