    Radius moved me into a moldy apartment!! I told the leasing agent when I moved in that there was mold in the apartment and they gaslit me and told me it wasn’t mold. Their version of “fixing” the mold was spraying Clorox and painting over it. My mold specialist that I had to hire with my own money because radius refused to hire one said that wasn’t an approved way to treat mold. The specialist also said that a normal home has mold in the 10’s and that my apartment was in the thousands. I spent ...

    Moved in at the end of September!!!! I looked for places for weeks and nothing felt right until I stepped in radius. Kale and geo were absolutely amazing, friendly and informative. I am so excited to move into my apartment. This place is a steal at the price and size of the apartments for being in the heart of Orlando.     Having to select a new place to live while clear across the country in California was nerve wracking to say the least. Kale was UH-mazing in helping me get everything set up electronically. Once here, I fell in love with my new neighborhood and new living space!

  • MOLD INFESTATION

    This building has a mold infestation and multiple units have been affected. The management team has been completely negligent and done nothing to fix this and just try to cover it up. Would NEVER recommend for anyone to live here.

    The staff is good. They answer all questions within a timely manner in person and email. The halls are fairly quiet after quiet time so no loud noises disturbing sleep.

    Living at The Radius Orlando Apartments has been great! The location is super convenient, close to downtown, and many places to eat and shop. The pool and gym are awesome, and the apartments are clean and modern. The staff is friendly and quick to help if you need anything. I’m really happy to live here!
