February 24, 2025Railway Flats is an excellent place to live! It's close to a lot of what Loveland has to offer, the apartments are beautiful, and the amenities are fantastic. We especially love the dog park and the hot tub. The staff are friendly and helpful; I'm currently in the process of moving in with my boyfriend, and making the move from a studio to a two bedroom has been smooth and stress-free. Marlene and Krista went out of their way to help me understand the process, and it reaffirmed our choice to stay ...with the community.Property Manager Responded

Too expensive for horrible service
September 9, 2024This property takes advantage of their customers by charging various fees every month. These fees aren’t clear to the customer prior to moving in. Please expect at least 100-200$ extra per month on your monthly bill from the complex, not including utilities that you pay separately. The customer service is terrible from the workers in the office. They never answer questions correctly and they blame it on “ new management”.
