    Railway Flats is an amazing place to live. The staff is very professional, kind, welcoming and helpful. The amenities are top-tier and the gym is very nice.     My husband and I moved into the apartment complex in July of 2023 and we transferred into a 2 bedroom unit in August of 2024. We highly recommend becoming a resident!     When we were looking for a place to move from Wisconsin, we looked at many different places in both Loveland and Fort Collins. RAILWAY FLATS was by far the best fit for us. We have loved living here the last two years. All of the staff from Management to Leasing to Maintenance has been FANTASTIC!!!!!

  • Too expensive for horrible service

    September 9, 2024
    This property takes advantage of their customers by charging various fees every month. These fees aren’t clear to the customer prior to moving in. Please expect at least 100-200$ extra per month on your monthly bill from the complex, not including utilities that you pay separately. The customer service is terrible from the workers in the office. They never answer questions correctly and they blame it on “ new management”. Please save your money and time.

    Great place to live. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming, always willing to help. It’s very quiet and the apartments are very clean and comfortable. Not to mention all the amenities they have. We would highly recommend living here. Great community.

    Railway Flats is a community that brings everything to you. I love the fact we do not have to go places on weekends because we can swim, grill and have friends around multiple gas fire pits. Luxury at its finest. Thank you again Railway Flats for your accommodations and hospitality.
