New Management is great
July 27, 2022Great management with prompt responses to your questions. Maintenance is typically onsite to throughout the day, and anything after hours they come in the morning. Sean was extremely helpful to us - he made it a very easy process to move-in to our home.Review from Apartments.com

February 22, 2022Day 2 of move in i found roaches, that was a debacle ?. 18 months in , the water heater in the maintenance/office explodes. 450gallons of water leaked through the wall into my living room carpet. They fixed the heater but i was left to fend for myself. Now i am going on 3 weeks of trying to get ahold of management/owners, they will only communicate via stupid website. To fix a bathroom i had so sandbag off. Anytime my neighbor or i use our sinks , my bathroom floods. Then when you ask if ...they're who i need to talk to they lie. Rent at your own risk.
