Roaches Infestation
October 18, 2024I’ve lived in this apartment for two years, and my experience started off positive but has deteriorated over time. In the first year, everything ran smoothly. Maintenance issues were resolved quickly, and I appreciated the responsiveness of the management. However, during the second year, we started dealing with a roach infestation. The management initially gave us traps and later fumigated twice, but the issue persists. This has been a major frustration, as the problem remains unresolved ...despite multiple attempts to fix it. On top of that, I’ve been trying to terminate my lease due to the ongoing issues, but the process has been incredibly difficult. Each time I ask about the procedure, I’m given conflicting information. First, I was told to come into the office to sign documents, but when I arrived, they said it was online. I checked online, but there were no options for lease termination—only maintenance requests and apartment inquiries. When I visited the office again, they said they would send me documents to sign, but no email arrived. I followed up with multiple calls, and while they promised an email each time, nothing came through. The last time I called, the staff member was unprofessional and seemed annoyed that I was even asking. They finally told me to write a Notice to Vacate letter and have the office sign it. It’s frustrating to deal with both a pest problem and an uncooperative management team, making it difficult to move forward. The lack of communication and professionalism has been a real disappointment.Property Manager Responded

A month only and car already been broken into
January 6, 2022I just moved in for about a month now and my car had already been broken into. Filed Police report, they told me to inform the apartment management. But closing a month no word from manager yet. I have 11 months lease so I will have to invest on surveillance systems.Property Manager Responded

Money Pit
June 14, 2019The security at RS is a joke. People are constantly getting their cars broken into and their tires stolen. Management does nothing to fix problems around the complex. After visiting some friends' apartment complexes I'm now realizing that maintenance is supposed to actually care for the plants and trash around the complex. That would explain why dog poop bag holders are never full and weeds are the most popular plant around the complex. Gate never works, and the office will nickel and dime you to ...squeeze as much money as they can from you once you move out. (Which is hilarious because the paint and the carpet of the apartment are as cheap as you can get.) Keep away from here. It's dirty and insecure.Property Manager Responded

Would go lower if possible
March 17, 2019Neighbors are all loud/fighting constantly, maintenance takes 5 tries to fix anything correctly (took almost a month to have a working fridge, not to mention all the move in stuff they never came for), multiple cars have been broken into, and worst of all is that you get ripped off for it!!
