No Parking and Cockroaches
June 30, 2019There is never parking in this complex and people have to illegally park after 8pm. Today I spotted a cockroach in bathroom after coming home after a month. Cannot wait to get out of this lease.Review from Apartments.com
So Far So Good
March 6, 2019I thoroughly enjoy the communication with the management team. Since I've been there, about 2 months, they've been very active with communication and keeping me updated. I've had 2 issues with my dishwasher since moving in, unfortunately the first attempt didn't fix the issues and it caused another issue, but within the week maintenance communicated that they issue was greater that expected, that it would require a new dishwasher, and the new dishwasher was installed and working beautifully. My ...only gripe is with being there for only 2 months, the power has gone out 4 times; however, PSEG admitted that this was on them due to faulting equipment of theirs. It's great as a first apartment or starting over!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Couldn't Rent Anything Better
July 24, 2018My boyfriend and I have been living in Raritan Crossing for just over a month now, and it has been absolutely fantastic. From working with us pre-renting, all the way up to now, they have been absolutely exceptional. The staff are always friendly and and open for communication, as well as maintenance requests get filled right away. Shortly after renting we brought a pet cat into our household and the staff were extremely helpful with getting everything squared away for our lease. I couldn't ...imagine renting anywhere better.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great community!
July 17, 2018Great for the price and location, you can’t beat it. The leasing consultants have been super helpful and they always answer emails in a timely fashion. We had issues with our water and Maitanence came the very next day and gave us a new system. Everyone is quite and I don’t experience very much noise except for the traffic since I am right by the highway. We love living here and haven’t had any complaints.Review from Apartments.com
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
July 9, 2017By far the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. From beginning to end, it's been a terrible experience. Both the property and office manager are huge jerks who will never help you. They will only blame you and treat you with disrespect. The handymen that come and fix the apartments are also weird and very rude. I would advise to stay away from this place. They are terribleReview from Apartments.com
Best Ten Years of My Life
May 18, 2017Raritan Crossing is in a perfect location in terms of shopping, highway access and fun activities. My wife and I lived there for 10 years and we would do it again if given the opportunity. Not only are the apartments and grounds well cared for the maintenance crew is top notch. The team is very respectful, personable, professional and efficient. When a service ticket was submitted, they were there the very next day and had the issue resolved within a 15 minute time frame. Their professionalism is ...a reflection on the property management, who have been nothing but accommodating and pleasant whenever I had to walk in the office. If I ever had an issue, I felt nothing but support, understanding and quick action to get the matter resolved. It should be noted that this was not the norm as we encountered very few issues during our stay there. I cannot speak for the gym but the pool and laundry rooms were always clean and safe. We spent many hot summer days sitting at the pool and it was insanely relaxing. The water was clean and taken care of. The laundry rooms, which were bountiful, were always clean and neat. The floors were swept, mopped and the machines were dusted. The grounds of the complex were always beautifully presented and were manicured once a week during the warmer months. The neighbors were pleasant and made the experience ideal. The rate for a two bedroom apartment in NJ is grossly overpriced but Raritan by far gave the cheapest and biggest bang for your buck. Almost $300 cheaper than the average, the living space was spacious and generous. We loved cooking in the big kitchen and enjoyed many nights sitting on the porch. There is a lot of wall space as well, which made decorating fun. I have nothing but amazing and wonderful comments regarding Raritan Crossing. I would recommend this complex to any of my friends and family, as well as any future tenant looking for a fair rent with wonderful amenities that will not break the bank. Thank you for the fond memories. - The ChasariksRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great place to live
March 27, 2017Great quiet community. Very secure and management is very responsive. Apartments are very spacious and rent is a great value. Convenient location (right off of the NJ Turnpike). Highly recommend as a safe place to call home. The secured gate entrance ensures that only residents and guests can come in; this adds to the security of the community. Move in, you won't regret it!Review from Apartments.com
Current Resident - LOVE Raritan Crossing!!
July 27, 2016We've been living at Raritan Crossing for a year now and actually just renewed our lease for 2 more years! Currently at a two bedroom apartment and they have a double sink vanity - LOVE THIS FEATURE! So happy with this complex and they are really so affordable. The apartment complex is so clean, beautiful, and very well-managed. You really do get the bang for your buck! The community is very quiet and in a secluded area off of Route 1. Maintenance is excellent. Once you put in a maintenance ...request (which they are very quick at resolving the problem, by the way), someone from the leasing office follows up and confirms the receipt of the request. One of the things I really love about living in the community is that they have security roaming around the premises at night - there is not a moment that I do not feel safe here. I am so happy to place this call home. Even friends and family who have visited love the apartment. Plus, there is a pool!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible Customer Service No Stars
August 19, 2015Came for a visit, instantly had bad vibes about this place. Upon walking in, the office lady never got up to shake our hands, she was typing most of visit which shows the lack of interest in us viewing the apartment. She never got up to actually "show" us the apartment we had to show ourselves then come back down stairs to address questions in regards to the apartment. The office lady was very uninterested in us living in this community so we took our money somewhere else. Community however is ...nice and gated but congested. Hardly any parking.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Best affordable community in the area!
August 9, 2015This is a great little complex to live in! Extremely pet-friendly, with a good amount of greenspace to walk and exercise your dog, find a stick for him/her to chase, etc. Our little terrier girl loves her morning walks here! The one drawback is that studios and 1-bedroom apartments only come with one free parking spot, so you need to pay monthly for a garage if you have a second car. However, the garage also allows for extra storage space, which helps. The ladies at the office are very cheerful ...and helpful, both by phone and in person. The pool and gym are nice enough and I have not yet seen them get loud/crowded. Even though the only way in and out for cars is through Rt 1, there are pedestrian outlets into a quiet and pretty residential neighborhood behind the complex if you want to walk your dog or jog there. Bonus: Currently both the laundry rooms and roads are being renovated in the complex, so they will be shiny and new very soon! I know this because: Sharing a studio apartment with fiancé and a puppy, and we have 2 cars here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Visconti Apartments
July 24, 2015This is perfect location if you want good restaurants, mall, grocery stores and park at walking distance. The common areas are averagely maintained. The staff is helpful but slow. One of the best feature is close to Fashion Square Mall and cheap rent.Review from Apartments.com
