    I really like it here. It’s a little on the expensive side, but I feel safe and the finishes of the apartments are excellent. The train is at a 10-15min walk and Mariano’s is right by Ravenswood terrace, which is really convenient. Also love that this is a pet friendly community. If you have a car, you can park in the street for free but there isn’t always lot of places left. The whole team of staff is extremely nice!

  • Great location! Nice apartments! But More Move-Outs Than Move-Ins

    The title says it all. Although the apts are nice and the location is great, all else has gotten really crappy. We were without a property manager for almost a year, during which time the property has really gone down. We've been slammed with bulk internet included in the rent, not told to us until now. So for six months I was double paying for internet service. I work from home and now my service is terrible. Add to that, now they've stopped taking partial payments. So if you're in a roommate ...
    situation, it makes paying your rent more cumbersome. There are so many vacancies now. Multiple units are moving out every month; a number of them breaking their leases. Now that speaks volumes!
