Do not move to this apartment complex!!!

This apartment complex is the worst! They don't fix anything and anytime you want corporate's number they always have an excuse why they can't give it to you. They gave us the run around and never gave us our security deposit back after we moved out and believe me there was no damage to the apartment. They always told us that they have to talk to corporate or they have switched to a new company so they will have check on it. Also, It's dangerous out there and I dont think their maintenance crew ...
is not properly certified.

If I was able to give ZERO stars that wouldn't be enough of estimate for the rating of this place. I moved in towards the end of March and the beginning of April I was ready to move out. Since June 30th my A/C unit has been busted, no air or heat with temperatures breaking 94plus degrees. Currently on Day12 with no air. No Maintenance on duty during weekends. I buy more Raid than I do air freshener. Pest Control is a joke sprayed one line of spray in front of fridge and sink then left. Trash ...
constantly on the ground and doorway entering building. I'll be real if I could break this lease right now I run like Usian Bolt out of here. I implore you to never come within 10feet of this place

The worst experience ever had

I'm going to saying is you think about moving here keep it moving because they are rude unprofessional they don't fix nothing I say that almost a year I had a open leak in the ceilings no heat or hot water my power save on out I have mold in the bathroom my carpet stay wet because the air condition did not work stay running water I had to go in a breaker box to turn my thing on and off I called rhino to the rent office more than 12 times they always gave me a lie did I call if they corporate they ...
sent gotta landlord around there to take pictures oh my apartments after that right there I look up they found eviction because they didn't h want to fix nothing so I took her to court and once again the judge wrote me a letter after looking at the pictures Tell me to move and I still show up in court I won the case I don't have to pay them nothing I am begging you please don't move out there cuz I promise someone would told me this like telling it I would running the other way

I saw all the changes taking place on my way to work so I came in to take a look. Now my commute is shorter so that's cool. I moved into a renovated unit so everything is pretty new. Met my neighbors at a movie night event they had - people look out for one another so overall feeling pretty good about my decision plus my rent is less here!

Thinking about moving here

When I stopped by for a tour I was really impressed with all the new stuff they are putting in and doing to the property. I am seriously considering moving here. It's a great location too. The business center seems like a great place to study or get work done - definitely a plus for me.

Bad experience

Garden Grove was the worst experience ever most of buildings looked vacant and unpleasant. There have been numerous break ins, and there aren't any cameras. Since I've been here they seem to work poor Alex more then anything he is only one guy. Now they have this team of people who only work when they get ready or see higher people. Also I have kids there is no pool all six will never work nor is there a safe playground basketball court. I wouldn't recommend this place.
