Beware. They’ll try to keep your deposit for any excuse
February 27, 2021Beware. These people are notorious for finding ways to keep your deposit. I have worked in an apartment complex before. We had to carpet clean the entire apartment before the next tenant moves in regardless of a presence of a stain on the apartment or not. Ravenwood decided to bill me for carpet cleaning for a stain they can’t prove was there. I sent them pictures of my apartment right after I moved out and requested that they send me pictures of the supposed “stain” they claim they found and ...billed $159 for. They couldn’t. I asked other previous tenants I know who lived there and they said the same thing.
