not worth it
May 19, 2021Lived here for about 10 years unfortunately. The area has been getting bad through the years, several car break in's. Also management here is not great, they seem to not be able to keep management around for to long. So it's never consistent. There was recently a fire back on Oct.2020 and let me tell you, management sure as hell did not care about the residents affected. Talk about no empathy not even a letter to us residents stating " We are so sorry for what has happened, we know it's a tough ...time right now. we can help with........, or any letter with updates. " We did not receive any assistance. This is what triggered me to leave these apartments, I don't want to live in a place where me and my family don't feel safe and have no support. So be very cautious when choosing to live here all they care about is themselves and just getting your money. Also deposit maybe be cheap, but don't expect to get it back, half of it will go to hiring a cleaning company, regardless if you leave your apartment spotless.
