November 27, 2024It's a great community, especially the location is great, the people who work in the leasing office are very friendly and eager to serve the residents. However the buildings need a lot of development, cleaning and dealing with insects especially spiders and also the rent price is a little high for what you get and compared to similar communities.??Property Manager Responded

November 16, 2024Maintenance is horrible. The staff do not communicate. My apartment has issues with the dryer, with the electrical, and with bees that no one has helped me with for over 6 months. Every time I enter a maintenance request on the portal, the request is removed without anyone communicating with me or coming to check out the problem. The only reason why my review is 2 stars instead of 1 is because the amenities are nice. I would not recommend Renew to anyone moving to the area.Property Manager Responded

July 31, 20243.5 stars. Leasing office staff are very nice and understanding. Our apartment was nice, spacious, and clean. Turning on utilities, WiFi etc was simple and done within 24hours. Amenities are nice and I look forward to using them. Moving in was a little painful since there’s no real space for a moving truck to park and unload without inconveniencing your neighbors. All of these things were as expected. The biggest issue is how it has been very difficult to get maintenance to address issues with ...the apartment on move-in. It’s been over a week since we put in our maintenance requests which while not emergencies, some of which highly impact day to day living. We’ve been told several times to expect some of the more urgent items to be fixed by the end of the day without it happening. Our new neighbors who moved in around the same time are having similar difficulties.Property Manager Responded

U of M parents, don't consider this property
