December 2, 2024I’ve been living at avery apartment for 1yr and 3mnths, and my experience has been overall great. The location is incredibly convenient near to grocery like walmart and gas station. The apartment itself is modern and well-maintained and I love the spacious kitchen and masters bedroom. The amenities, like pool, gym and bbq area are a nice bonus and usually kept in good shape. I have encountered some challenges maintenance delays before, I hope these can be addressed to make the experience even ...better. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to others, especially young professionals or families.Property Manager Responded

November 8, 2024This was my first move in 15 years and I feel like the transition was a move from home to home. I feel very comfortable here. I love the trees and surroundings. It's very quiet here. The maintenence is always around which is very nice. I like that management is on grounds 5 days a week. I feel safe here which is very important. I love my apartment. November 8, 2024The community is well maintained and the maintenance people are super helpful. Since Renew took over the property some great changes with the gate consistently working and a parking program have been implemented. Also more lights outside were installed as well as fire extinguishers which has improved safety. Lastly since the implementation of the new key card system the mail room and fitness room are open 24 hours which is more convenient. However, it is really hard to get someone on the phone ...consistently and the office no longer is open on Saturdays which was helpful. Additionally, the pool is often closed for long periods of time without warning or posted reason.Property Manager Responded
