May 11, 2025I was very happy with the move! We had a change of move in date and we were so happy how flexible the company was to get us in the new day requested. December 4, 2024I absolutely love this location, which is why I gave it three stars. It’s very convenient located near all three major cities, but upon my first day of arrival, there were certain finishes that we were promised that we’re not held up to doing our walk-through, the finishes on the walls were not done properly, our bathroom door look like the last tenants punched holes in the wall and roughly tried to fix spots. my balcony handle broke off during our first viewing and they sent maintenance to come ...up and they installed the broken one and of course it ended up breaking in the matter of minutes from him leaving. we did not have water in our apartment for hours. our kitchen & bathroom was not properly clean, which is strange because we were promised new paint ( how can you paint over dirt?) besides that I gave gave it the three stars due to convenience and location.Property Manager Responded

November 18, 2024ReNew is the nicest apartment we’ve ever been in. I love the feeling of the property. It’s very obvious that a lot of time and care is being invested in the property to make it a homey place to live. The staff is so nice and easy to approach, and our unit is everything we’ve wanted. I love the allocation of space and all the separate storage closets. We’ve never needed a massive bedroom so I’m thrilled that the living room is very large. It’s the hub of our household. September 4, 2024When I moved in I encountered trash all over the parking lot. My apt bathrooms had plaster everywhere. Definitely hadnt been cleaned. There are no lights in the living room or bedrooms. Air flow to the bedrooms are minimal. My screen on my balcony door was sliced up. Plaster in the carpet. Definitely thrown together renovations and repairs.Property Manager Responded
