    I have Been living at renew apartments in chesapeake for 6 months and so far everything has been good. The office staff are not very responsive but other than that it’s been good.

    Very quiet apartment complex....has alot of visitors parking....very clean...I will recommend people who ask about it....very friendly and dogs area...we can walking around the neighborhood....

    The place is so different with the current management - things repaired, the landscaping looks beautiful, and the maintenance people do a great job. It is a safe place and a quiet, lovely community.

    All the neighbors friendly and quiet ! Staff friendly ! Maintenance came and assisted today and gave a wonderful experience! Very friendly and willing to help and assist further if needed! So far experience has been great !

    I love the quiet and peaceful atmosphere provided at Renew Apartments. The grounds are well kept and I enjoy walking along the lake and seeing the beautiful ambience of nature! My apartment is like a retreat and I enjoy coming home to this quiet oasis. Thank you and keep up the great work Renew Apartments! The pool is great too!

    From the maintenance people to the office workers they have always been very helpful with any issues or concerns. My lease will be up in August thinking about staying another year which will make my fifth a year.
