October 23, 2024the maintenance team was fine. They replaced a damaged lavatory in my bathroom. The cleanup was excellent, They also installed a new faucet. Thats where the trouble is. Customer Service is Non-existent
July 25, 2023Do not expect to rent here and be treated like a valuable tenant after your lease is signed! The office staff is combative and argumentative. Zero accountability is taken for issues on the property, ex: broken stairs being left for months in the walkways, outside vendors not cleaning up after themselves, carport roofs being cleaned off and all of the debris and garbage left in the grass. Requests for follow-ups via phone and email are not completed. Phone system puts you in a continuous ...loop without an actual personal interaction. The grounds of the property are in shambles from siding falling off the buildings, to windows leaking, to the irrigation system seeping and saturating the ground causing standing, stagnant water to draw mosquitos.Property Manager Responded
