November 21, 2024Having lived in this complex for over 47 years I think I can really tell you that probably this company has taken really good care of the buildings and the landscape and trying very hard to continue paving the walkways. The office has always been efficient and certainly has continued, the maintenance is superb and I enjoy the years. I have lived here close to everything. One needs hopefully I can. Stay Away From This Complex!!
June 20, 2024If you want to take a gamble and not be able to see the actual unit you'll be living in and paying for, then choose renew. If you want to gamble further and not know or be told whether or not that unit had water damage, rodents, mold or the nasty yellow grease stench residue other residents experienced then go with Renew. Being spoken down to, blamed for issues, nor things rectified and going in circles with an incompetent, nasty, heartless leasing office manager. If you want to Work hard to ...pay a ridiculous amount of money in which the price fluctuates monthly and will slowly go up then choose renew. Stay far away from this complex. There are so many complexes in Danbury and nearby. You're setting yourself up for problems signing here.Property Manager Responded

April 26, 2024The property is well kept, and I love using the community gym! There’s a pool too that I can’t wait to start using! And the offices are helpful whenever I have questions about my rents lease or any other issues or maintenance requests.
