July 22, 2025Beautiful, well lit at night, dog and kid friendly. I can always find parking close to my apartment. No one gets upset when my kids or dog get loud and rowdy. I've even had neighbors come by and sell lemonade. Overall a very good community.Property Manager Responded

June 2, 2025The biggest issue was the carpet was not changed. Previous renters with a cat (which I am allergic to) had damaged the carpeting in all the rooms, mainly the guest bedroom, it is awful! All I smell when I walk in the apartment is cat pee. I also found cat food and cat hair throughout. And I was told the carpeting was cleaned three times. I'm still dealing with this issue! I was told the solution is to replace all the carpeting however, I would be responsible for moving my own belongings. Not the ...best solution after the fact. I've already had to push to get the dishwasher replaced and now I'm working on getting a new dryer. The dryer is burning my belongings.Property Manager Responded
