December 15, 2024This has been one of the nicest apartments I have ever been to. The management is patient and really helpful. When moving in, they answered all of my questions within 24 hrs. I was able to view the exact apartment I got. The apartment was clean and all appliances were working. October 23, 2024I have been a resident here for almost 3 years now and I really enjoy the community here. I realize that there has been a lot of changes in management which has been a concern of mine since I became a resident. I do like how friendly the staff is, and how prompt they try to resolve issues even they arise. The main issue is the smells in the hallways due to the old carpeting, the uncleanliness of the elevators, the sour smell that comes from housekeeping using old mop water, the uncleanliness of ...the outside space (couches are sometimes soiled and dirty), the gym equipment bring out of order for long periods of time and it just needing to be updated. I am hoping that with steady management, that all of these issues can be looked at. But overall, a great place to live. I see myself calling this home for a long time!Property Manager Responded
