January 2, 2025Although for the most part the community is quiet I have experienced noises from the neighbor upstairs and next door. I’ve seen people leave trash around the community especially when using the common area such as the picnic area. I do like that the office and maintenance staff have responded when any maintenance issues need to be addressed especially when we had a major leak from our neighbor on the 3rd floor.Property Manager Responded

December 7, 2024I like these apts for the most part. Bills I feel are definitely higher then should be. I had a 4br2bath prior to moving here plus 4 of our kids living with us, never did we receive trash, water, or electric bills as high as living in thus 1bd apt which is crazy. So make sure you factor in at least a additional $600-$700 for bills ontop of rent.Property Manager Responded

November 23, 2024Overall, it was a good experience. The front office was great and very pleasant! Things were moving fast and rushed, but that was partly my fault because it was a chaotic day. However, I do think they need more help at the front office. They are handling the situation like pros. I will say they have been responsive to my needs for a few maintenance issues...the Maintenance manager is great to work with and knows what he is doing! I'm in a quiet section of the complex and love it!Property Manager Responded

September 7, 2024When I first moved here my car got stolen , a neighbor was leaving notes on my door saying I scratched his car , I have seen people breaking into houses it’s just not for me here , they didn’t fix things when I asked but what isn’t for me isn’t for me , the people in the office are nice . But other than that my experience wasn’t that great but the next person may love it here it’s close to everything . I can honestly say they are trying I guess !Property Manager Responded

August 3, 2024Community is very quite. Everyone is just friendly enough. Pleased with everything except for the parking situation. Location is close to everything. Definitely walking distance to a couple grocery stores. As well as a mall, target, pet store, movie theater, oh and all bay area transportation.
