November 8, 2024There's a great deal of listening and assurance but not as much follow thru. They create extra charges for keys/fobs for residents just for renting the property. There are also charges passed on to the resident, when the charges are a result of managerial error.Property Manager Responded

November 4, 2024Tiffany is the reason we chose to extend our lease. We've lived in the cities for 3 years before we moved to renew park one and couldn't have asked for a better experience. November 3, 2024This place is falling apart and so run down. All the money that was put into the lobby, pool, gym, package rooms and the offices should have been put towards repairs and upgrades in our units. The place smells so bad. They ignore all of your concerns. The elevators are dirty and old. The halls have trash. The trash rooms are filled with people’s garbage. The staff prioritizes Halloween decorating contests but also can’t get back to us with real issues. I just feel like this place ...prioritizes the wrong stuff. They are always having plumbing issues. They are always turning the water on or off. Move in was a mess. The yard areas are flooded all the time. Nothing about our units are luxury like they claim. It’s the complete opposite and it’s a run down mess.Property Manager Responded

October 22, 2024Washer and dryer company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. My car was broken into in the garage and then hit in the parking lot but the apartment staff did nothing. They didn’t even send out an email blast like they said they would. We frequently have water leaks through the ceiling and the floors. Positive is that they are spacious and the owners seem to be trying to make things nicer but since we were here before the new ownership we don’t seem like a priority. October 16, 2024So far I have really enjoyed this property! The court yard is beautiful in the fall with all the trees and the indoor pool being available all year is going to be a plus. Office staff is very friendly and I have seen lots of improvements being done by the maintenance staff around the property!Property Manager Responded
