    I love living here. I've been living in the community since 2020 and I have found difficult to find another community with a great location and amenities. For the time being, I'll keep calling Renew Poplar Creek my home.

    Used to have the club house open for printing and being able to use the computers. New ownership came and now it has to be reserved. My apartment is still waiting on door sweepers. The paint color is depressing…why gray? Make a warm and inviting color to the community. And the new parking spaces are not spaced well. Additionally, they got rid of the volleyball court and expanded the dog park….how about updating the kid playgrounds before updating a park for dogs. We shall see if all these ...
    things improve, but I’m not too confident right now.

    I wanna give five stars but I can’t because I’m a little upset with how long it taking for maintenance fix for door when it’s not sealed properly (door needs to be replaced) New management staff is wonderful!

    Staff has been helpful with keeping contact for moving in. The move in process has been seamless so far. The apartment was clean when we moved in and had no complaints. Neighbors appear noisy but the staff has sent out emails addressing noise complaints which is reassuring.

    Parking is becoming an issue. Specifically lack of it for residents. Some residents have multiple vehicles and I don't believe parking is enforced like it has previously been.
