    My apartment is very nice and cozy, I appreciate that the property is kept clean from leaves and there is plenty of parking, I wish there was a gym on site but oh well…

    Mostly good—just still waiting on my outdoor light to work since move in. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the unit is clean and renovated.

    Good place for the price. Never had a problem with stuff breaking and when it does they come out in the same week to repair. Ki da wish there was more shade though in the apartment itself.

    I did a star because you had to do at least 1 . Awful I don't recommend living here . Work request don't get done there's dog poop all over the place and there very expensive and raise the rent alot alot each year you sign a new lease.

    Older but remodeled apartments. Parking could be better but it is fist come first serve for the big parking lot. Glad to have our own laundry machines in our apartment! Our place works well for us, even if it could have more storage.

    Living at Renew west Tualatin has honestly been wonderful. Melissa is a wonderful property manager and takes care of all residents needs in a timely manner and I think we are very lucky to have her. The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained and the area of Tualatin that its in has everything you can possibly imagen within walking distance and its great for any family.

    To start with the positives, the apartment itself is nice (though clearly has many instances of landlord special painting and construction). But the walls are thick, utilities are good, and the rooms are big. Plus, maintenance always responds quickly. However, I have also experienced a lot of cons while living here. Management is TERRIBLE. They clearly have not hired enough people to manage this complex, because it takes weeks to get in contact with ANYONE about ANYTHING, and then when you ...
    complain about this, they make you feel like the bad guy because you're being impatient with the manager who's only "one person responsible for 300 people" when you've been waiting for a response on an issue that has been dragging on for months that you were told should be resolved in a week. Frankly, I'm more upset about the lack of communication than the actual issue we were trying to communicate about.

    The location is good but there’s things that could make it better. Such as the parking situation if you don’t park your car by 3pm good luck finding one for some reason there’s more cars then people living in this property.
