Location is ideal, close to shops, restaurants and transit. The building is modern and well-maintained, and the apartments are spacious with great natural light. The amenities, including the fitness center, sky lounge, and dog park, are fantastic! The management team is friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Excellent place to live! The renew Wichita building is very well taken care of. The apartments are very pretty and spacious. Every one of the people that work here (maintenance or admin) are very nice and kind. Would recommend 10/10 living here!

No heat Apparently when you had the inspections last month, one of my breakers on the furnace were never reset. I am glad i didnt show late at night or when the office was closed.

Smooth Move in Melissa did a great job explaining the rules and procedures of the Renew apartments. She was very knowledgeable and organized. The fact that she was personable added to the moving experience. Moving can be a hassle, she made it as smooth as silk. Very pleased with the whole experience..
