It’s a tiny bit expensive but that’s kind of every apt complex rn, the only complaint I would have is my buildings washing machines was broken for a while but other than that the place has been great to live at!Review from Apartments.com

April 25, 2025This apartment and neighborhood are a great find! The apartment is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The neighborhood is safe, friendly, and has a great community vibe. There's plenty of local amenities nearby, including parks, restaurants, and shops. The location is also convenient for commuting and getting around the city. April 23, 2025We love living at Woodlake! The apartments are tucked back in the woods so it is quiet and calm. We have easy access to Kent Trails in the complex which makes walking our dog much more pleasant. Repairs are completed in a timely matter. Staff is great, especially the crew who keep the grounds clean. We utilize the 24 hour access gym regularly and the pool and grill area in the summer time.Property Manager Responded

March 16, 2025Very solid place to live. Walls are a little thin but it’s an apartment so it’s to be expected. I do see a lot of residents walking along the main winding road through our complex but there are no sidewalks.Property Manager Responded

March 8, 2025Very nice place to live. Friendly office employees. Awesome pool and fitness area. They keep up on yard maintenance and snow plowing in the winter. Safe place to live . Haven’t had any problems.Property Manager Responded
