January 10, 2025Nobody ever cleans the laundry room or the washers or the dryers. The area around the garbage containers at the building 10 in Alton is trashed.Property Manager Responded

December 31, 2024It is a very basic apartment that is overpriced. I do appreciate the fact that they do allow larger dogs. But the place is nothing special. i won’t be renewing my lease.Property Manager Responded

November 23, 2024Great Location and that is it. Inside of units need updates but not at the cost of raising rent. Every yearly lease renewal includes a rent increase. Rent is too high. Been a resident since 2019 and rent has increased steadily year over year. I currently pay $265 more from the original amount with zero updates. I've seen a couple of the so called "UPDATED" units. It is not worth the rent they are asking for. They do not value residents that have lived in the complex numerous years with any type ...of loyalty/appreciation discount like the previous owners would pass along.Property Manager Responded
