January 11, 2025I wish I didn't live here, but because of circumstances we're stuck. Everything in my apartment is breaking, every day it's something new. When maintenance does finally come out they either look at the thing that's broken and say they'll be back but never come back, or they outsource someone who does such a bad job that the thing was better before they touched it. Good luck if you ever want to live here, this place is owned by a large corporation who doesn't care about anything but the money in ...your pockets- and it shows because you will receive multiple texts and emails a week related to payments that aren't even due yet and other things to get you to spend money. Do not live here, renew bought the place and only puts a bandaid on things to make it pretty, but never fixes the actual problem.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 11, 2024The new management has made a lot of positive improvements in terms of exterior renovation, maintenance response wait time, improved gym facilities and a designated quite room for study. The only thing we missed is the convenience with amazon mailbox , whixh is now removed from the compound.Property Manager Responded

August 21, 2024Staff here does an amazing job, always professional and cares about the residents. They have always been kind and helpful for whatever needs may arise. Buildings are kept well maintained, they have a brand new gym which is awesome! Pool is nice on the hot days. I. Couldn't ask for much more.Property Manager Responded

August 11, 2024So far things have been okay, I am a little disappointed with the time it has taken to have things fixed. The staff seem great and although there are some homeless/crackheads wandering around there hasn’t been any major problems.Property Manager Responded
