However, I have noticed a concerning trend regarding certain utility fees, such as trash collection and sewer treatment charges, which seem to be increasing month by month. While I understand that operational costs may fluctuate due to inflation or other factors, these consistent rises in fees place an unexpected financial burden on residents/customers like myself.Property Manager Responded

December 2, 2024Only one elevator works, most of the time the lease agents dont answer emails. I had a lot of trouble with the app and with the late payments as soon as the two first days in the month arrive. However teh true issue is the dirtyness and uncomfortability of the elevator, besides this, everything else has been pleasurable.Property Manager Responded
