July 13, 2024Transition great. Admin part…not so much. While the move and transfer was seamless, the transfer process was not great. Admin somehow did not do the transfer paperwork correctly and we ended up paying much more than anticipated with a response…”because it wasn’t entered right, we can’t do anything about it”. We already paid the month on the current place but would get a refund that takes 45 days and we had to pay up front the first months rent on the new place. Asked why they just couldn’t ...apply the refund to the new rent and there were no reasonable answer as to why it couldn’t happen. Especially when the fault was theirs.Property Manager Responded
