March 15, 2025Comfortable and Easy I lived at Redwood Ashburton for about 8 months and it was great. I had no issues, and the small things I did have to reach out for, were responded to immediately. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly and comfortable. I would definitely recommend or consider living at Redwood again one day. Finding the right place took me some time, but he made the entire process so easy. December 28, 2024Would Definitely Move In Again! From the moment we entered the sales office, we were greeted by Quana, a bright & extremely helpful young women. Always patient, kind and quickly responded to any of our requests. The apartment itself, was perfect for our current needs, which were temporary. They granted us a 6 month lease and I actually like the layout better than my new home! The young men of the maintenance department, especially Wilson, always went above & beyond to assist us with any problems ...we had with the apartment. June 15, 2024Excellent Customer Service! We are transitioning from our current home to a custom built one. We needed to find a 6 month lease that ticked all our boxes and Redwood was the only one that offer the single level, 2 ca garage duplex option. From the moment we entered the office, Quanna was and has been consistently professional, helpful and most of all patient. We are retired folks with marginal electronic computer skill. Quanna answered all of our questions, gently guided us through the process ...and did it all with a smile. We only moved in 3 days ago, but the follow-up has been amazing thus far. Every team member we encounter on site always waves with a smile. They honestly look like they enjoy working here and are truly happy to see you. If we ever decide to truly downsize to apartment living for the long term, this is where we will move back to live. Thank you ALL for your support, kindness and professional demeanor.
