Though in a residential area, the Arbors of Olmsted is located near a major highway so access to downtown Cleveland, and area suburbs, is easy. The rent is in the $1,000 range, but my sister and I realized that by sharing we could handle the rent .. individually we could not enjoy all the amenities (including the in-suite washer and dryer .. yeah!) that come with our apartment anywhere else. One bit of advice that I would offer anyone looking for apartment complexes is that over the years the concept of pet-friendly has become more the standard for modern complexes . . if you are not a pet person - and don’t plan on becoming one - this might be an adjustment for you (not everyone is a responsible dog owner, and there can be issues along those lines) .. but like anything else, you have to weigh the pros and cons.
