Clogged drains, sinks and tubs. Electrical issues. Most electrical outlets do not work. Those that work are loose and do not hold a plug. After a storm you will see many electronics at the dumpsters due to electric surges. Great maintenance but very limited in what they can do. All repairs are done with caulk. Even repairs that don't require caulk! Management is rude. One manager absconded with the rent checks resulting in several evictions if you could not prove you paid rent. Now under new management but with same employees. Section 8 occupants not held to any standard. Expect to see police, fire and EMSA several times a day or night for fights and loud noise or music. Limited parking due to students from the local high school parking on the property. Laundry room is always dirty. Most machines don't work and only 2 dryers.
