These apartments are really nice and the renovations are beautiful. Not too far from Fondren so a lot of is accessible and the office staff is amazing. I’ll be a new tenant soon and I am so excited.

Polite Office Staff, Terrible Service

The front office staff are great and seem to make a genuine effort to help. That being said, I’m extremely frustrated at the actual service. There’s a lot of reasons to complain, but I’m just going to focus on the most recent one. I had my new dryer brake down due to poor ventilation in the apartment . I’ve had mechanics come on 3 different occasions. They told me that my dryer keeps burning out because the vents in the wall our clogged. I expressed this to the apartment and they would send their ...
maintenance worker, and he would say that the ventilation is fine. Seemed like a “finger pointing” game. Finally I decided to buy ANOTHER new dryer of a different make and model. Got the new dryer and the clothes get really hot but are still wet. I provided the receipts of both dryers and the evidence of the 3 occasions that the mechanics were sent. The front office staff reported this and came back to me with the “answer that the papers I gave are still not enough proof because it doesn’t say what the mechanics found wrong.” Not only is this completely terrible service, but this is also a safety issue. Clogged ventilation can cause a fire. For that reason, I literally have another brand new dryer just sitting in my apartment not being used.

Horrible Property

These people will allow there tenets cars to get towed even when there’s no signs that shows permit parking nor reserve. There’s not even a sign that says visitors. It’s just open parking or at least that what you would think until your car gets towed. HORRIBLE PROPERTY. Then you ask who’s the management owner of the property and they tell you they don’t know . LIARS
