February 11, 2025I don’t feel safe, my car was broken in to twice! The security isn’t always here and it’s impossible for them to manage a property and be in multiple places at one time. I’ve been harassed and bothered by a non resident with mental problems that is continuously on property. It’s unsafe. I feel unsafe! Residents getting robbed, homes getting broken in too. The property not being secure is a huge problem someone is really going to get hurt. Maintenance is not the best, it takes forever to get work ...orders completed, my unit has a lot of unresolved issues. I pay too much for this nightmare that I now Consider a mistake. Google reviews are terrible as well. It’s sad. I was excited to be here but I wouldn’t tell anyone to move here!Property Manager Responded

As the community manager for the past year and a half, I want to take a moment to clarify some of the points you’ve raised. Over the past year and a half, we’ve made several improvements to the property, including renovations to apartment homes, the computer room, conference room, gym, and resident lounge. Additionally, we’ve replastered the pool, replaced grills, repaired gates, painted the entire ground floor level, power-washed the grounds, painted all fences and patios, and added courtesy patrol five days a week. We’ve also hosted monthly resident events to show appreciation for our residents. Regarding evictions, we always work with residents on their accounts and follow the proper guidelines, abiding by the signed lease agreements. We make every effort to communicate and ensure that issues are addressed before reaching that stage. We genuinely value your ...residency and want to continue working to improve the community. August 30, 2024Lovely apartment complex. If you have a dog, there’s no dog park on site. You have to walk your dog around areas where there are grass. Elevators make it convenient but the set up of the complex makes it tougher to get to your car, downstairs and definitely the office harder and longer time wise. Beware that when you move here you may still have maintenance orders to submit right away, roaches in your home, and a mailbox key that doesn’t work. August 23, 2023I have been living at this complex since January I have complained on these surveys every time and nothing ever happens. I pay every month and my service request never get resolved my apartment is currently infested with gnats and has been for 2 months and nobody at my leasing office seems to care as long as i keep paying my rent, which includes paying for pest control by the way. I havent been able to use my oven since I’ve moved in because they have been “waiting on the part to come in”. Ive ...stayed at these exact apartments before when they were ARIUM City Lakes and I loved it.. i will never stay at a greystar owned property again after this lease is over this has been ridiculous to pay this amount of money every month and not be able to have simple maintenance requests resolved. I wanted an air filter changed they told me i could come pick it up and change it myself!! My fan in my bedroom also doesn’t work properly and they have been working on changing that out for 4 months. Its just unacceptableProperty Manager Responded
