Chiswick is 6 miles from downtown Boston and convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, Logan Airport, sporting events and shopping centers. Regency units have heat and hot water included in the rent. The units have hardwood parquet floors, huge closets; built in A/C wall units in every room, dishwashers in 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units, garbage disposal and large balconies in 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. Units are internet and cable ready. Regency parking (assigned spot in parking lot located in front of the building) is available for an additional charge of $175.00 First and last month’s rent is required to move in. No security deposit, no fee. 12-month leases available. Pet policy: cats only.
