Terrible Place to Live
January 28, 2025When I moved in years ago, the office was well-staffed, maintenance was timely, and communication was frequent. That is simply no longer the case. The office now closes whenever it wants and isn't open on weekends at all (how are you going to have office hours M-F 9-6 when most of the population works 8-5???). There is frequent staff turnover. Maintenance requests often require hounding the front office (one of my requests took FIVE months, and one still hasn't been addressed from Oct.). I do NOT ...recommend living here.Property Manager Responded

Stay away!
January 22, 2020I stayed there for about 6 months. We had tons of bugs. They could not find a solution. We covered all walls and cracks that bugs might get in, it did not work. We moved out they send a bill of $800 for fixes. $400 for paint, $100 for "crack walls", $300 for cleaning and $50 for hooking up a cabinet door !Units are so small. you hear all the noise neighbor making. You don't believe me? Just move in to see.Review from Apartments.com
Not what we thought
March 28, 2017Before moving in to the apartments, the outside and walk through were great! It wasn't till we moved in that we started having all the issues. There's no insulation in the walls, therefor you can hear every little thing your neighbors do. Whether its the side neighbors or the ones above or below you. Its not just like they are yelling, its more you can hear them snoring at night, you can hear the creaking of the bed when they get up in the morning, the alarm clock going off. You can hear them ...cooking, the clinging of the pots together, or even when they are having a party at 11:30pm. Our poor dog we have to monitor how much she can be out, if she gets too active we have to put her up. You have to walk on your toes in order to not make any noise. Vacuuming is the worst. For being on the third floor the noise out side is bad too. It sounds like they are right next to our window. When people swim in the pool you don't just hear them talking you also hear them getting in and out, the water splashing. I think that's pretty ridicules! Water damage is in almost every room: bathroom, bedroom, living room and kitchen. There is no storage at all. The washer and dryer are in the kitchen, that's not bad until you have to start washing clothes and there is no door to shut so they are loud as heck and you cant watch TV or hear anyone next to you talk. Maintenance is okay, except for they fact they will just walk in your house without knocking first, even if the door is locked. There is no storage space at all. They are good when it comes to pet policy, they don't have a breed restriction which is great! The only issue we have is when it comes to picking up after your pet. They want you to pick up your pets mess, I get that, keep the place clean. But if they want us to do that, they need to have the doggie bags constantly filled for all the tenants, and have trash cans near by. We have to walk about half a mile to get to the closest trash can or more like dumpster. The parking isn't good. We have to park at another unit cause there isn't room by our unit. When we go to pay rent they don't take the check out the first day or the second day or even the third day. Sometimes its 5-7 days before they take the money out. We called to see if they got our money to make sure we didn't have to pay a late fee for it not getting processed before its late. Which sucks in the long run, we have other bills we need to pay an that money still shows in our account.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
