    I recently stopped by to view a unit. I was greeted with a smiling face, making me feel extremely comfortable. Sometimes the apartment hunting process can be daunting, but the staff was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I will be submitting an application ASAP!     I was interested in a 3 bedroom, I went by one Saturday morning to ask more about what I need to provide to start the application. I work but my husband is self employed and just started his job. My boss who is a certified accountant helped my husband and I get the information they asked for my husband's income. My boss try to call them to share the info they were missing. Yet I was doing my part to give them the information they needed at a timely manner. Emails and phone calls to provide all ...

She admit she was new and was learning which I understand but I really felt like I wasted my time I did all I could to provide them with everything they needed. I was really excited to have had Regnecy called my home, now just disappointed with their service.
