  • Motorcycle stolen after one week

    August 3, 2023
    My Ducati motorcycle was stolen from the garage one week after moving in. They don't even have cameras and were of no help. Stay away if you want some place secure.

  • Cockroaches everywhere!

    The entire complex is invested with roaches and after 5-10 treatments they continue to show up everywhere in the kitchen and bathrooms! There are two guest spots for the entire complex that are always occupied by residents and half the units are facing a business building where they have deliveries at all hours of the night and early morning.

    Moved in here a couple of months ago and so far so good! Management is super friendly and made my move in so easy and quick. The location of the community is convenient and close to the 405 & 101 freeways. It's also a small and quiet community which is what I was looking for. One of the best communities I have lived in thus far. Highly recommend!

  • Luxury at an unexpected cost

    Located conveniently by the freeway and situated right off of the main Ventura Blvd. which runs through the whole Valley, this is an ideal spot for anyone looking to commute throughout the greater Los Angeles area. A pool with grills makes this a welcome place for guests. Just be wary of which side of the premises you end up in. Several rooms on one side have balconies that face straight into an alleyway for a neighboring business, and they are not shy in making a ruckus in the early morning ...
    hours. It can also feel unsafe having an open alleyway leading straight to your balcony. Prices are fair considering the luxury, but had I been more wary of the situation here before moving, I would have gone elsewhere.
