Scenery is really nice and relaxing and the ladies in the office, Josephine and Mahogany are very nice, friendly, professional and great at what they do! January 1, 2025I would give 4.5 stars, but it wouldn’t let me. Overall I like living here. The location is great and they generally do a good job of addressing issues. Sometimes there can be ongoing problems (like right now the hot water has been going in and out for 5 days), but it doesn’t happen often enough for me to look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

December 11, 2024Generally pretty chill, friendly neighbors. Occasional noise from loud cars, the train track behind the complex, or people having conversations in the parking lot. Not a ton of parking. Unit itself is nice, and it's also great to have a pool and an Amazon Locker on site. I did have a maintenance request get lost because they had confused it with another problem, but once I showed them the actual issue in person they fixed it fairly quickly.Property Manager Responded

November 22, 2024I've been here almost 3 months and can honestly say these are great apartments. I got a few notes on my door from trash pick up but they were nice just letting me know when I made a mistake on how I left my trash out.
