December 7, 2024We recently renewed our lease because we enjoy living here. So far we’ve had minimal issues, which has been nice. I do wish the pool wouldn’t have been closed so much towards the end of the summer/year, but I’m excited for summer again! The new maintenance crew are super nice and helpful. November 21, 2024This is probably the dirtiest complex I’ve lived in. I’m currently documenting everything and looking for ways to break my lease within lawful guidelines. This place is roach infested, ants everywhere, dog poop all over the halls and walkways. The elevator is always out, which is like a handicap violation or something. October 28, 2024Used to be pretty good. Not now. Trespassers allowed in the pool, now the pool is closed. Saftey items neglected. Elevator was inop for several weeks. Trash often piles up at dumpster. Abandoned vehicles remain so long that vegetation is growing inside. Until just recently the hallways were not cleaned. Courtyard furniture broken for several months. Artificial grass was mowed and never replaced. Walking trail not being properly landscaped. September 20, 2024The community is going down. It is no longer the beautiful place to live. I was a proud resident three years ago! There are light poles, dead leaves, trees, etc., still down since Beryl. A deep pot hole remains open after about six months. The hallways, elevators, and stairs are filthy. The landscaping is awful. It’s sad to see all of the beautiful flowers, trees die when they just needed some water and care. The area designated for tv watching, ping pong, bean bag toss, is dirty.
