February 5, 2025Still issues need to be addressed and cleaned up. Property landscaping is still a mess from Hurricane Beryl. It's been 6 months and trees are still down or laying sideways. Pool, what can I say, I feel they don't have proper equipment to clean pool as it has been mentioned by grounds personnel. No resolution or communication on when or if pool will be fixed and back to its originality. The hot tub has its own issues too. It's been closed since Hurricane Beryl. So there's that Property is nothing ...like it was when we moved in and since new ownership took over...just very sad, I leased here cause of amenities and property upkeep.Property Manager Responded

Pool down for more than 6 months, and currently embarrassingly filthy, trash dempster is often full and poorly maintained, local landscaping not maintained, residents with dogs not held accountable for pet waste and NOISE!….yes, barking dogs! December 7, 2024We recently renewed our lease because we enjoy living here. So far we’ve had minimal issues, which has been nice. I do wish the pool wouldn’t have been closed so much towards the end of the summer/year, but I’m excited for summer again! The new maintenance crew are super nice and helpful. November 21, 2024This is probably the dirtiest complex I’ve lived in. I’m currently documenting everything and looking for ways to break my lease within lawful guidelines. This place is roach infested, ants everywhere, dog poop all over the halls and walkways. The elevator is always out, which is like a handicap violation or something.
