January 6, 2025Local staff is clueless. Pool down for more than 6 months, and currently embarrassingly filthy, trash dempster is often full and poorly maintained, local landscaping not maintained, residents with dogs not held accountable for pet waste and NOISE!….yes, barking dogs! New residents stack unwanted items by the dumpster and do nothing that is obvious about holding these people accountable.Property Manager Responded

December 7, 2024We recently renewed our lease because we enjoy living here. So far we’ve had minimal issues, which has been nice. I do wish the pool wouldn’t have been closed so much towards the end of the summer/year, but I’m excited for summer again! The new maintenance crew are super nice and helpful. November 21, 2024This is probably the dirtiest complex I’ve lived in. I’m currently documenting everything and looking for ways to break my lease within lawful guidelines. This place is roach infested, ants everywhere, dog poop all over the halls and walkways. The elevator is always out, which is like a handicap violation or something. October 28, 2024Used to be pretty good. Not now. Trespassers allowed in the pool, now the pool is closed. Saftey items neglected. Elevator was inop for several weeks. Trash often piles up at dumpster. Abandoned vehicles remain so long that vegetation is growing inside. Until just recently the hallways were not cleaned. Courtyard furniture broken for several months. Artificial grass was mowed and never replaced. Walking trail not being properly landscaped.
